WJZV –FM 105.5 Smooth Jazz & Podcasts  local youth event mission is to provide an opportunity for young creatives  to interact with established jazz musicians that visit the island to establish mentorships etc   Our goal is to create an annual  jazz and arts event  for students coming to the island by forming partnerships with likeminded local Vineyard organizations, schools and TV station  to produce  programs for broadcast. 

We will feature local businesses and retail outlets to support the effects and spread the word. 

• Announce Mocha Cares Foundation partnerships with organizations such as HBCU First LOOK Film & Initiative  to support the arts and  HBCU young filmmakers.
• Curated 105.5 podcasters will interview jazz artist about their careers and mission to inspire the next generation of young musicians.
• Develop newsletter/podcast subscriptions with a host of organizations/groups that visit MV each year and are music lovers.
• smoothjazz1055.org will serve as a vehicle to promote news/lifestyle info on the music, events and community initiatives. on the island.
